This is a glorious country residence, one of my favourites. When you drive up to the house you are immediately impressed by the entry gates and the tree lined drive. The pool is the largest I have seen outside of a municipal baths! The gardens are just lovely and beautifully kept and it is quite rare to see so many mature trees. The residence is a very good size and in excellent structural order, with five bedrooms, all spacious and bright, a full bathroom in the house and an extra half bath off the patio. The salon and dinning area are of a very good size and again bright and welcoming. The patio is luxurious in size and design, being well shaded and tiled, ample room here for a wedding! The house comes with all furnishings, a handsome fitted kitchen and powerful wood-burning stove that heats the entire house. There is also a couple of outbuildings to house extra fridges, washing machines and tools. I cannot recommend this house and gardens more highly, with seven thousand square meters of land, all the papers in perfect order and every detail thought of. The price is exceptionally reasonable and I would love to live here myself.
