Position

Travedona Monate is a little town near the Monate Lake, a few steps from the Lake
Maggiore and the Varese Lake. The clearway, which connects Travedona with the airport
of Malpensa and Milan, is one km far from the property.

Building

It is a building of the beginning of the twentieth century composed in this way:
mezzanine: little staircase which allows the access through a little external loggia
of 10 smq; very wide entrance room, living room with fireplace, dinette kitchen, a
room used as a study, double bathroom one with shower for the pool placed next to the
exit door on the back of the house which allows the direct access to the garden and
the pool, the floor has a surface of 113 net smq. First floor: wide access area, 4
bedrooms, a room used as a veranda, wide bathroom with Jacuzzi for a total surface of
110 smq plus covered terrace of 10 smq. Attic floor only one wide room with bathroom
for a total surface of 115 smq. Basement floor 3 wide rooms used as store rooms plus

Finishing

The finishing of the villa: some have been kept and are of the age of the building
(beginning of the twentieth century), others are more modern but not luxury
finishing. The villa is surrounded by a garden of 3,600 smq well planted and enjoys
privacy and calm, but with all the services of the centre of the town and the
nearness of the Monate Lake and the Golf Course “Golf Club dei Laghi” (18 holes). In
the garden we find a beautiful pool with a recent plant in excellent conditions
